Thousands of Novo Vizcayanos showed support to Misis Hanepbuhay Cynthia Villar, who served as the guest of honor during the Women's Month Celebration of the Abot Palad Foundation, Inc. held in Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. Villar, who worked for legislations upholding the welfare and benefits of women during her three terms in Congress, said she is committed to empower women through her livelihood projects, which she hopes to replicate in 1,600 towns and cities nationwide. With Villar is Nueva Vizcaya Rep. Carlos Padilla.
